4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Pro Forma AI does not guarantee the accuracy of financial calculations or projections. All investment decisions should be made with the advice of qualified professionals.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pro Forma AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Pro Forma AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
